A Balmy Fall Afternoon
Look at how beautiful everyone looks in these photos from a beautiful late fall afternoon!
Now what if we told you that on this day, it was about 20 degrees outside with a strong, blisteringly cold wind? That’s exactly what happened, and we are absolutely amazed at how well everyone did for this session – especially the littlest ones! You can't even tell how cold it was!
In between shots everyone was hastily grabbing their coats through shivers and chattering teeth, but as soon as we started to shoot again they put on their game faces and acted like nothing was the matter. We brought a few soft blankets (in neutral colors, of course!) that we were able to use in a few of the shots, which only added to the seasonally cozy feel of this collection.
We are thrilled with how all these photos turned out – the gorgeous evergreen backdrop, the golden hour lighting, the edited styling, the well-behaved pups, the genuine smiles – we can’t find a single thing we would change about this session…except for it to be a few degrees warmer!!
