What are the steps after we fill out the form?
First, we'll reply to your message and address your individual needs. For Portrait, Parenthood, and Engagement/Pre-Wedding sessions, we can handle all of our communication via email, but for Wedding inquiries we always begin with a Zoom call to get to know you better and make sure we're a good fit!
If we decide to work together, we'll send you a contract and invoice to secure your date. After your contract is signed and retainer is paid, we send you one of our YGP Style Guides, which full of tips, tricks, and inspiration pics for getting the most out of your session.
For Wedding clients, we have a check-in 30 days prior to the big day, but for all other clients we let you relax until your session! In the meantime, we are always happy to help with outfit coordination, location selection, and anything else you might need answered or clarified.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Of course! Even without a date, we would still love to hear your story and get to know you! Working with a photographer whose work you love but who you also connect with on a personal level is the key to creating incredible images. So please, message away!
Do you offer videography services?
Unfortunately not. Photography and videography are both beautiful art forms for capturing memories, but they each require a very different skill set. We have dedicated ourselves to mastering storytelling through photography, and we know that videographers have put in just as much work honing their craft as well.
